- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
- Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned, typing up Estimates
- General cleaning of office area

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 7 months

Salary: $15.00-$25.69 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
